Terms of Service for ProductCamp EU Conference
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, attending, or participating in the ProductCamp EU Conference ("Conference"), you ("You," "Your," "Attendee") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Conference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Conference.
2. Organizer
The Conference is organized by ProductCamp EU ("We," "Us," "Our," "Organizer"). We reserve the right to delegate responsibilities to third parties, partners, or co-organizers without prior notice.
3. Changes to the Event
3.1 We reserve the right to reschedule the Conference, change the location, agenda, or any other details at our discretion to uphold the event's level of service.
3.2 We shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by Attendees, speakers, or invitees due to rescheduling, relocation, or alteration of the Conference beyond what is required by law.
4. Refund and Compensation Policy
4.1 We decide whether to refund the tickets on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@dgtlcast.com.
4.2 We reserve the right to offer alternative terms, such as bonus features, discounts, or additional compensation methods, to the Attendee if a full refund is requested and/or deemed inappropriate.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Conference is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Organiser expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Organiser makes no warranty that the Conference will meet your requirements or that attendance at the Conference will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that any reliance upon any statements or information presented at the Conference is at your own risk.
5.2 External Content
The Organiser shall bear no liability for external links, third-party content, or user-generated content displayed on any platform associated with the Conference or the Organiser.
5.3 Insurance
Each Attendee is solely responsible for obtaining his/her/its own insurance coverage. No insurance coverage is provided through the Organiser for Attendees.
5.4 Limitations on Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for:
5.4.1 Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your attendance at or participation in the Conference;
5.4.2 Any expenses incurred due to the cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of the Conference, other than the refund of the registration fee as set forth in these Terms;
5.4.3 Any delays, interruptions, transmission errors, security failures, or other problems related to the Conference, including, but not limited to, any issues that may arise from the use of the venue or facilities provided for the Conference;
5.4.4 Any other costs, expenditures, or damages incurred by the Attendee in relation to the Conference.
5.5 Right to Refuse Admission
The Organiser expressly reserves the right to refuse admission to any Attendee for conduct that the Organiser, in its sole discretion, determines to be unacceptable.
By adopting this modified Liability section, Attendees acknowledge their understanding and agreement to the limitations and disclaimers set forth herein.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without notifying the Attendee. The most current version of these Terms will always be posted on our official website. Continued participation in the Conference after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Organizer and the Attendee shall resolve any disputes through negotiation. Any claim or dispute between you and the Organizer that arises in whole or in part from your attendance or participation in the Conference and cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be decided exclusively by a court of applicable jurisdiction.
